Cole's Puddings was established back in 1939 by A.J. Cole, using his great-grandma's recipes! Albert Cole's passion for yumminess and deliciousness led to a range of puddings and cakes. Fast-forwarding fifty years and Albert's son, Chris, drove the biz to new heights - moving to a spankin' new craft bakery in Great Chesterford. Flash-forward to 2010 and Cole's is part of the fam at Wilkin & Sons Ltd. Over these 8 decades, we've gained a rep for making some of the tastiest Christmas puds on the planet.
